Prerequisites
Need to setup CEA policy in UEM server

Steps
Wipe a windows device(fresh device)
sign in with MS Exchange mail server(used native mail app in windows)
sent a mail(when it was exceeded grace period, user should not be able to sent a mail)

Description

User could sent emails from windows devices even after blocked from the exchange online portal.
Initially the windows device was under Quarantine policy. but even after exceeding grace period user could sent emails.
