There is an issue where, even if we input correct values from the front end and send the correct payload, we receive a 500 response. The issue is occurring due to sending form values from the front end in the wrong format or adding invisible characters(Ui issue). This issue will be fixed by resolving issue https://roadmap.entgra.net/issues/10479.
