web app should have installed on one or few devices.
Steps
go to web app
select subscribe and select uninstall
Description
In the UI is is shown that these apps cannot uninstall. These messages should include the specific android versions.

With our current implementation, uninstalling only works till Android "O" API 26 and later versions do not support uninstalling.
