Steps
start a remote session
copy a file from device or ftp server
jpg files didnt corrupted.
ZIP files, pdf and txt files got corrupted.
Try with a little bigger files.

Description

Issue 1
Files getting corrupted while copying(try to open them after copying to device).
File sizes are also different. sometimes file size is shown as 0byte.

Issue 2
in super tenant copying is working fine.
but in sub tenant sometimes file copying is not working.
When try to copy it says msg payload cannot be parsed [1]
both super and sub tenant devices were COPE enrolled devices

There is nothing in the logs or network tab.

Result
Corrupted files.
and sometimes error when try to copy files.
