Steps
Go to all device page
select a device
click on tag icon
select either assign or unassign tags
now click on OK without selecting any tags.

Description
The showed error notification is related to groups [1].
Need to show proper error message related to tags.
remember to change relevant texts in all language files.
Should be corrected as "tag not selected, Please select a tag."
can refer group releted error msg [2]
