All input fields are red colored from the beginning of the form

Prerequisites
None
Steps
create a policy
go to widows policy section.
select "Custom Script" policy
Description
When a user select the policy it shows all input fields in red color [1].
Red color only should show if the input fields are required(must) and only when clicked on continue.
red color should not show from the beginning.
Result
All input fields are shown in red color.

Incorrect error message [1].
should say field should not be empty.
EX: This field is required.
Also input field border should be in red after user tried to continue without adding required field.

Red glow alert was only for tables and not for singular fields like that Custom Scripts Policy.
