Steps
click on "Bulk Enrollment Sync" and "Clean Up" buttons without configuring zero touch.

Description
Currently its showing an error if the configs are missing [1]
There need to be a validation, if the zero touch configs are not configured in the platform configuration.
The validation should let the user know that zero touch configs are not added(like in the QR code generator [2])
