Steps
Go to platform configuration
select Windows configuration
select ADMX configuration
Click on Import

Description
There should be a question mark(note the "Base Locuri") [1] and, upon hover over that question mark there should be additional information as a tool tip.
currently some fields dont have tooltips and the fields that have tool tip provide incorrect details [1]
