Staging server 6.4.0

Prerequisites
Enrolled android device

Steps
Disenroll the device(dont sync the device, if synced device will go to removed state)
Go to app store
select a app
go to subscription table
check on "new devices" tab

Description
The disenrollment requested devices are showing in the subscription table [1].
these need to be filtered out in all 4 tabs(Completed, pending, Error, New)
