Prerequisites

Steps
perform Hard Unlock operation on kiosk device

Description
Device is received the Hard unlock operation. But the device is not unlocked. as soon as device received the operation is says "log task mode disabled".
Device cannot unlock even with "offlineUnregisterKey"

If a device was enrolled after using usb debugging(enable usb debugging) this issue does not occur.
need to enroll a kiosk without enabling usb debugging(can enroll the device after factory reset, by tapping 7 times on the screen of reestted device)
