Description

Task: Adding Log operations [1] for Android Enterprise apps installation when the "Enrollment Application Install" policy applied

How to do:
For new app installation, we can keep it in "in_progress" and send a agent a command to check if the app is installed or not.
As soon as it is installed mark is as completed(send a request from agent side to mark is as completed).
