Steps

Description
Policy order should change according to Policy priority order.
Currently policy order is not showing according to the policy priority order.
If there was 50 policies and updated the 50th policy as 1st policy priority order it should show the 50th policy in the 1st page 1st row.
but it is currently broken when updated the 50th policy the policy comes to the top of the 5th page.

but after the policy priority change, it changes the priority. When go to policy priority it shows the changed priority order [2]

Note: If there are less than 10 policies it is work as intended(Issue arise when there are more than 10 policies)
