Steps
trigger the dis enroll operation [1]

Description

A user initiated disenrollment on a BYOD device removes the device registered on Azure AD but on the UEM server the device shows as active. If the disenrollment is through a disenroll operation it successfully disenrolls the device from UEM server and Azure AD.
