Steps
1. Create a new tenant on a fresh pack
2. Create/update new roles in both super tenant and sub tenants (at least more than 10 on each)
3. Restart the server
4. Create/update roles again
Expectation/Description
No errors should be thrown during server restart and if the roles are correctly created/updated with the given permission scopes.
Result
Even though the below errors shown during role creation and updating it doesn't affect the functionality i.e. the scope permissions are assigned to that role correctly. It was reproduced when there were more than 10 roles and when they were created consecutively.
