[UI] unclear date format in Upgrade Firmware device operation

Prerequisites
COPE enrolled device

Steps
Go to single device page
click on Upgrade Firmware device operation

Description
There is no indicator/hint/example of how the date format should be [1].
User does not know the date and time format.
Add a tool tip or a example on how the time format should be.
Note: It would be better user experience if a calendar was added and user is able to select the date and time from that calendar.
