Prerequisites

Steps
first apply the block list of the Application Restriction Settings policy (in this case youTube and facebook apps were used).
then apply changes to device.
next Apply the "allow list" of the Application Restriction Settings policy¹
check on the device to see if the all the allowed apps are showed. In this case YouTube app was not shown in device.

Note: same issue also happened without block list.

Description
The apps that are mentioned in the allow list should be appear in the device and other apps should be hidden.
But when block list was applied and then allow list applied on devices some apps are not shown in the device.
In this case the youtube app was not shown in the device [2].
sometimes when only the allow list apps policy applied, it also not showing some devices.
