Description

Related to https://roadmap.entgra.net/issues/10634. The proposed solution did not work in the related issue because our SyncML engine does not handle asynchronous commands.

The current fix is to send a Replace tag (instead of Add) containing the app settings continuously until the Windows Agent is successfully installed.
