Steps
click on create a policy
go to "App Usage Configuration"

Description
The text "Hide Applications" [1] need to be corrected as "Disable Applications" in both "Per App Network Usage Configuration" and "Block Apps from using Metered Connection".
This feature does not hide the applications but it block/disable the application(grayed out).
