staging server(6.1.0)

Prerequisites
none

Steps
go to platform configurations -> general configuration -> view roles
tick the "Is publisher able to view all roles?" field

Also go to platform configurations -> general configuration -> certificates
tick the "Is user able to view certificates delete option?" field

Description
when the "Is publisher able to view all roles?" is ticked and saved then refreshed the page, it doesn't shows the "Is publisher able to view all roles?" is ticked [1].
values is correctly there as "metaValue": "{\"isUserAbleToViewAllRoles\":true}"

same issue in certificate tab.
