Prerequisites
none

Steps
go to android policy(create)
Select "Restrictions" [1]
from there select the "Disable status bar" [1]

Description
In the policy "Disable status bar" should be corrected as "Disable notification bar".
This disable the notification panel in the device. therefore it should be "Disable notification bar".
