Reproduce steps
1. Add a tag with plus button.
2. Select something other than a date from the drop-down.
3. Then select a value for it from the next drop-down.
4. Now, without adding a new tag with the plus button, select either the created date or the updated date.(ex:instead of Operation code)
5. The screen will become completely white or blank.

The above component is also used in iot-devicemgt-ui. Only a temporary fix is added for the filter component in iot-devicemgt-ui to fix the bug.The filter component is converted to a functional component while fixing the bug for an upgrade; conversion was not necessary for the temporary fix.
