When ran the migration script and applied the patches, the changes that was expected to happen didn't happened.

What was expected: when the patch is applied and server starts, data should have been copied from DM_DEVICE_POLICY_APPLIED to DM_DEVICE_POLICY_APPLIED_NEW table.
This didn't happen.

NOTE: above migration setup was done on production and it was a success.
