620 staging server

Steps

Go to the App Publisher
Go inside an app
Click on the "Subscription Details"
Gp inside "Device Subscriptions"
Click on the "New Devices" tab

Issue
The device count displayed in the pagination section does not reflect the accurate number of new devices. See the screenshots attached [1][2]. This issue affects both the "Installation" and "Uninstallation" sections only within the "New Devices" tab and occurs for all types of applications (Android, iOS, Windows, and web app).

[1] Pagination shows the count as 47, but no devices are displayed.

[2] Pagination shows the count as 99, but only 7 devices are displayed.
