Couple of COPE enrolled devices
Steps
click on "select all devices" option from action bar in all devices page
Click on "OK" button in the pop over
Click on "Add Operations" in the action bar.
select a operation and trigger it(EX: Ring)
NOTE: Refer the video [1]
Video is attached to the ticket's file section
Description
When selecting a device and trigger a operation it works without any issue.
But when trying to trigger a operation through "all select device" option, the operation does not trigger(API call does not get send)
