Steps
Go to app publisher.
Click on add new app (public, enterprise)
fill out the details in the fist page and then continue
now in the second page click on continue without adding any image in "Icon" field.
Description
When try to continue without adding a image it shows a validation error "Please select an icon"
Normally after selecting a image this validation should disappear. But currently this does not disappear even after a image is selected [1].
