Steps
Go to app publisher.
Click on add new app (public, enterprise)
fill out the details in the fist page and then continue
fill out the rest of the fields in 2nd page except for 3 screenshots
Click on continue

Description
There should be a validation to enter 3 screenshots. Currently there is no visible validation. when user clicked on continue button it doesnt proceed further.
Need a visible validation(error msg) when tried to proceed without adding 3 ss.

Result

No error msg or visible validation when try to create a app without 3 ss.

Issue 1: URL validation msg in icon and screenshots:
in icon ->
Current: "Please select an icon" [1]
How it should be: "Please add a valid image URL"

in screenshot ->
Current: "Please add up to 3 screenshots to continue" [1]
How it should be: "Please add up to 3 valid image URLs to continue"

Issue 2: once 3 images selected and then selecting url and without adding 3 urls it shows validation error. but when revert back to SS, it still shows the validation error.
