Currently there is a apps tab in single device page¹.
Likewise we need a apps page to manage all the apps in the tenant.
In that page there can be 3 tabs to select the device type(like in the device operations [2]).

In that page user will be able to do the activities that are in the single device apps page, for the whole device fleet.
Example: In single device view, apps tab(android devices) user can disable, clear and uninstall [3]

Things that need to pay attention:
Consider device types(BYOD, COPE)
When uninstalling an app, if the app was installed from app store there will be a separate operation command that will be sent to the device(if the app was not installed from the apps tore, it will send a different command). This is to prevent inconsistencies in the app store
