Delete records from WIN_FEATURE table once a windows device got deleted

Description

Environment details
staging server 620

Prerequisites
Enrolled windows device
Windows MSI and APPX apps must be installed(need windows agent)
Has some windows OS updates and triggered this OS update operation.

Steps
Trigger the OS update on the device
see if there are records for the device in the table WIN_DEVICE_UPDATE
Delete the device(disenroll -> delete)
check the WIN_DEVICE_UPDATE table if the device records are there

Description
Once the device got deleted, its all records/data need to be deleted from DB as well.
In the WIN_DEVICE_UPDATE table data does not get removed once the device is deleted [1].
