when click on assign tags, it can be improved to show the device table to assign devices(like in groups page).
this is also important to maintain UI consistency

Currently when clicked on it [1] redirect to all device page to add devices to tag. But it doesnt indicate where user can add tags.
This is, user experience wise bad.

Can use device table module that was used in groups [2]
