Issue 1
When enrolling the 11th device, device enrollment has been denied by the server.
But the issue is there was no carbon error log saying device limit has been reached.
How it is shown when a android device enrollment: [1]
How it is in windows enrollment: [2] (No error in carbon log, only 500 error in postaman)

Need a carbon log error to see when a device limit reached and try to enroll a windows device.

Issue 2
Had to restart server times to get licensing applied.

ERROR - AndroidServiceImpl Maximum device count is enrolled for your license. Therefore you are not allowed to enroll more devices until you upgrade the license.
