Steps
go to policy create page
select windows policy
select 2nd "Microsoft Edge" policy [1]
turn on the policy
translate in to Japanese

Description
When the "Microsoft Edge" policy translated in to Japanese, browser RAM usage is very high. RAM usage goes around 1.4GB to 1.7GB.
In some instances it goes up to 2.7GB [2]

Note: Check if this is fixed with https://roadmap.entgra.net/issues/11712
