Description

Rename the PUBLISHED button in the application lifecycle change component into 'PUBLISH' in the UI. Only a front-end fix will be addressed at the moment and a permanent fix to have a new state as CurrentState will be added in the future release. Please refer the ticket https://roadmap.entgra.net/issues/11891
