Environment Details:
Server: Staging Server - Sub Tenant

1. Enroll an Android device into the MDM.
2. Ensure the input method on the mobile device is set to Entgra Remote Keyboard (This option appears when the remote keyboard is started and must be allowed).

1. Navigate to Devices and select a device.
2. Initiate a Remote Session and connect to the device.
3. Enable Screen Share by clicking on Start Screen Share.
4. Click on Remote Keyboard.
5. Attempt to type using the hardware keyboard, including backspace and arrow keys.

Issue Description:
The backspace and arrow keys are not functioning on the remote keyboard when using the hardware keyboard.

Expected Result:
All keys, including backspace and arrow keys, should work properly when using the hardware keyboard on the remote keyboard.

Actual Result:
Typing works, but the backspace and arrow keys do not function on the remote keyboard.
