Server Staging - Sub Tenant
- An Android device must be enrolled in MDM.
- A remote session should be set up.
- Navigate to Devices.
- Select an enrolled device.
- Start a Remote Session.
- Click Connect to Device.
- Access Logcat.
- Observe the terminal output.
- Refresh the logcat if logs do not appear.
Issue Description:
When attempting to access Logcat during a remote session with an enrolled device, the logs fail to load. The following error message is displayed:
"Unable to get logs. Unable to find or read log file."
Expected Behavior:
Logcat should display real-time logs from the device, along with a history of past logs, allowing users to view and analyze previous messages.
