Prerequisites
Windows MSI app
Select add new app
select enterprise app
select the device type as windows
fill other fields as you wish.
click on continue
in "application" filed, select on URL button
for input can use -> https://pub-b5c6e3c16017490284e6b9849cb5f80d.r2.dev/Io.Entgra.Windows.Agent.Background.Service.Setup.msi

click on continue

Steps
Go to app publisher.

Description
Normally it should show the correct input fields after the user upload the app(whether MSI or APPX)
but in MSI, once the URL is given, and click on continue, in the next page it doesnt show the MSI related input fields such as hash value [2].
But once click on back and again click on continue it shows correct fields.
