Steps
Select an android public app
Click subscribe button and install and type as device, user, role or group and trigger the installation.

Description
When a public app installation is triggered to any category as device, user, role or group [1] in the operation log the app installation operation completes [2] when the notification is received to the device side but the application is not installed to the device. Operation log completes regardless that installation notification is completed or not. And the same scenario happens with the uninstall operation also.
