- Navigate to the App Store.
- Select Install Application.
- Choose any application type and trigger an installation.
- Go to Operations Logs and change the pending app installation to Error.
- Navigate to the Device Operation Log and check the operation status.
- When the operation status in the Device Operation Log changes to Error, [2] the corresponding device in the Subscription Details table should also transition to the Error state.
- Upon re-triggering the installation, the system should properly validate the devices in the subscription.
- Even after the operation status in the Device Operation Log is set to Error, the device remains in a Pending state within the Subscription Details table.[3]
- When attempting to reinstall the application, an error message is displayed: "There was a problem. All devices in the subscription have pending operations for this application." [1]

When user put a pending install operation in to error state via app store, it should reflect on the single device operation log as well.
Currently it is not happening.
