Description

Steps
  1. Go to App Store
  2. select windows public and click install

Introduce a new search filter by operation code "DEVICE_AGENT_INFO" which check if the agent is installed in the device or not.
This search filter should only be available for windows device types.
Should be available for windows -> public and enterprise apps(for enterprise apps usecase -> we can find the devices that doesnt have the agent and trigger the agent apps).

Note: Introduce this same search filter in subscription table as well(should be only available for windows)
