Environment details
6.3.1 staging server

Prerequisites
User should be logged in

Steps
Go to app publisher
Select add new public app
Select a device type (ex- Android, Windows)

Description
When the App name is give an already existing one for the first time it blocks from continuing to the next step (Add release) but when given a new not existing name and then type the same name as before (existing one) then can continue to the next step with the app name already existing warning message.

App publisher> Public App
