Description

Environment details
Staging server 6.4.0

Prerequisites
Enable dashboard/analytics
Create a role with full permission.
Add this role to a user(user should only have this role)

Steps
log in with the above user.
Go to all devices page.
see if the dashboard is visible

Description
The dashboard is visible only if the logged in user has admin role [1].
If there is a user who has all the permission(attached a role that have all the permission) that user cannot see dashboard/analytics [2]
If the user has permission, they should be able to see the dashboard.

Unable to see the dashboard [2]
