APIM Opaque tokens are still in use instead of JWT tokens. Since APIM may stop supporting these tokens, we need to migrate. Currently, we specifically ask as for Opaque tokens when creating Oauth apps with token Type parameter.Please refer to the mail - \[WSO2 Support\] (ENTGRASUB-113/CS0169691) IoT server use case broke with APIM-4.0.0 updates
