 Windows device enrolled via Azure AD Joined (COPE)  


 *Steps* 
 in windows device go to access or work school 
 click on the info in the account. 
 click on sync button [1]  


 *Description* 
 Device did not synced manually

 the sync button showed a spinning icon and did not synced.
