Steps to reproduce: 

 # Navigate to all devices page and open a device in another tab 
 # Select the same device from the devices table and click update enrolment. And change the user to a different user. 
 # Reload the operation log. 

 Observations and cause for the issue: 
 The owner of the device is not getting updated in the single device page immediately after changing the enrolment. The operation log is trying to load using the old owner.
