AppleStoreSyncedApp and GooglePlaySyncedApp categories should not be able to select when creating apps in app publisher

Steps
try to create app using AppleStoreSyncedApp and GooglePlaySyncedApp categories

Description

If a app contain "GooglePlaySyncedApp", that app will be recognized as a AE app. therefore "GooglePlaySyncedApp" should be a reserved category and should not be able to select when creating a app.
same goes for "AppleStoreSyncedApp"

Result
Currently able to select AppleStoreSyncedApp and GooglePlaySyncedApp
