Steps
click on Create+ button
select policy
select windows
scroll down and select "App Privacy" from the list.
click on enable in few policies.
dont click on the input fields.
click on continue
create the policy.
then select the policy and try to edit.
see the enabled input fields.
Note: All the steps are shown in the video [1].

Description
When a App privacy policy is created and when try to edit it shows additional inputs that user has not added(looks like some label inputs are added) [2].
Note: when creating the policy, if the user select(click on the input boxes) the input fields, those inputs fields are not getting added.
These inputs are getting added only if the user has not clicked on the input box.
