Description
since we do not have predefined roles for different tasks, ser need to create roles for every custom permission requirement.
We can create fa ew per-defined roles for the most useful tasks and let users to select these predefined roles instead of creating new ones.
ex-
Enrollment only role
view groups if shared only with the role
View only role(cannot perform any changes on portal and can only monitor)
App manage only role
