Steps
1. Go to single device view
2. Trigger "File Transfer" operation to transfer file to device [1]

Description
Operation for "FILE_UPLOAD_TO_THE_DEVICE" fails and the operation log shows the following error [2]
app?fileName=io.entgra.proprietary.android.agent.snapshot-mssl-4.05.00.19-20250411.072757-1.apk upload failed. Error :- open failed: EPERM (Operation not permitted)
