Prerequisites

COPE/KIOSK settings should be empty [1]

Steps
go to "Enroll Device" page
fill the form
click on "Generate QR" button

Description
Currently when user didnt configure configs(only matter when user tick or not tick MSSL field), it will show an error [2],
backend errors [4].
Ideally when user didnt configure COPE/Kiosk in platform configs and try to generate a QR code, it should show a warning message indicating that configs are not configured [3].

Note: when user tick and save "Authentication Type" as MSSL even once, this issue get resolved.
check if there is any flag or saving some meta info.
