    The permanent delete function does not work for devices.

  1. Steps to reproduce:
    - Enroll a device
    - Then select the device from the device list and click the "Disenroll Device" button
    - Search the device by setting as Status = REMOVED
    - Select the previously dis-enrolled device and click "Device Delete" button
