Add policy name and content to the policy bundle

Description

Add capability to view the applied or revoked policy name to the policy bundle on in device operation log.

Also check the possibility to show the policy content(payload) when click on details.
This will helpful to see what policy applied(policy content) on devices if there were any issue after policy got applied.

Note: changing the priority to critical, as this is very much needed in prod(very helpful when troubleshooting)
